bagh3 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the bagh3 platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other access method — you enter into a legally binding agreement with bagh3 and confirm your unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the bagh3 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. bagh3 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time; users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "bagh3" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the bagh3 online betting and casino platform, accessible at bagh3.io, and all associated services.
• "User" / "You" / "Player" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the bagh3 platform in any capacity, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a User upon successful completion of the bagh3 registration process.
• "Wallet" refers to the digital balance maintained within a User's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), from which bets are placed and to which winnings are credited.

• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed by a User on any market, game, or event available on the bagh3 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by bagh3 to a User under the conditions of a specific promotion.
• "BDT" / "Taka" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which is the sole operating currency of the bagh3 platform.

To register an account and use the bagh3 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bagh3 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21+. Users under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account or placing any bet on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, or any non-natural persons may not register accounts on the bagh3 platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from the bagh3 platform, or from gambling services generally, through any active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not already hold another active account on the bagh3 platform. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each registered User is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any one-time authentication codes sent to their registered mobile number. bagh3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts.

You must not share your account login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or access any account belonging to another user. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and bagh3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bagh3's support team immediately at [email protected]. bagh3 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of the investigation.

• Account information must be kept current and accurate at all times.
• Users must promptly update their registered details if any information changes.
• bagh3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant, and bagh3 may apply an administrative maintenance fee as set out in the Fee Schedule.

The bagh3 platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Wallet section of the platform and may vary by payment method.

bagh3 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice; please refer to the Wallet page for the current list of supported methods.

All funds deposited into a bagh3 Wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bagh3 reserves the right to return funds to the source account and suspend the associated bagh3 account if a third-party deposit is detected.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bagh3's payments team. bagh3 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the Wallet.
• bagh3 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours will be queued and processed on the next available business day.

All bets placed on the bagh3 sportsbook — including cricket markets covering the BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant betting section of the platform.

• Bets are only accepted from users with a sufficient Wallet balance to cover the full stake amount at the time of placement.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• bagh3 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were offered in error due to a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's Wallet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and market suspension. bagh3 is not liable for bets not accepted during market suspensions caused by live match events.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• bagh3 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any individual account at its sole discretion, including where patterns of suspected abuse or advantage play are detected.
• All match and event results will be settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, bagh3's decision is final.

All casino games available on the bagh3 platform — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and slots from NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages set by the respective game provider. bagh3 does not alter the underlying game logic or RTP of any third-party game.

Live casino games are subject to the rules and decisions of the live dealer and the game provider's proprietary rules. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the game provider's disconnection policy, which may result in the bet being voided and the stake returned, or the round being settled based on the game state at the time of disconnection.

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible accounts only. bagh3 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money Wallet funds when placing bets, unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any time unless explicitly permitted in the specific promotion terms.
• bagh3 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled, any associated wagering requirements are also cancelled and the bonus balance removed.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or any form of bonus arbitrage, constitutes a prohibited activity and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events (e.g., Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day) are subject to their own promotional terms published at the time of the offer.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21.

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game.

• Abusing bonus offers through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or any form of bonus arbitrage.

All intellectual property rights in the bagh3 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, brand name, written content, graphics, user interface elements, software code, and all original content — are owned by or licensed to bagh3. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bagh3 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the bagh3 platform without the express prior written consent of bagh3.

The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and payment partners (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard) displayed on the bagh3 platform remain the property of their respective owners.

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to the platform that result in bets not being placed or settled as intended.
• Delays or errors in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a data feed error.
• Any loss of winnings, profits, or business arising from the suspension, restriction, or closure of your account in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

bagh3's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bagh3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• bagh3 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other form of prohibited conduct.
• The User fails to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• The User's account has been identified as a duplicate of another registered account on the platform.
• bagh3 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• The User requests voluntary closure of their account, including through a self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed. Where closure is the result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions by the User, bagh3 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the account balance. Where closure is voluntary or due to other non-breach circumstances, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

bagh3 is committed to resolving all User complaints and disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the bagh3 service, please follow the process outlined below.

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the bagh3 support team by emailing [email protected]. Please include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, the relevant date and time, and any supporting evidence. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Investigation: bagh3 will investigate your complaint and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex matters may require additional time; bagh3 will notify you if an extended investigation period is required.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of bagh3's investigation, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior member of the compliance team. The escalated review will be completed within 10 business days.

All disputes relating to the settlement of individual bets or game rounds must be raised within 30 days of the event in question. bagh3 will not consider disputes submitted after this period.

bagh3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bagh3 will endeavour to notify registered Users by email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the terms) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the bagh3 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document and in the Table of Contents reflect the most current version of these Terms & Conditions. Previous versions may be requested from the bagh3 support team.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining terms. The remainder of these Terms & Conditions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The failure of bagh3 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless expressly acknowledged and agreed to in writing by bagh3.
